🎓 Eligibility:

Engineering Graduate (Completed after 01-04-2023)

Minimum 60% marks (UR/OBC-NC)

50% marks (SC/ST/PwBD)

Age: 18–25 years (as on 02-03-2026)

💰 Stipend:

₹25,000 per month
(₹20,500 by HPCL + ₹4,500 by Govt. of India)

📍 Location:
